For general association-related questions and concerns, please submit an FAQ and a staff member will answer it as soon as available. For IMMEDIATE assistance with personal membership, upcoming conferences/events, billings, SB-CEU's and other PERSONAL matters, please call us at 517.327.5315 or use the "Contact Us" link near the top of this webpage. Please only submit questions that are general, association-related questions here. To ask questions to/of other MEMBERS, click on "Questions & Answers", above. The questions you ask here will be monitored and answered by MASSP Staff Members and are viewable by any and all visitors to the MyMASSP site.
The basic math for SB-CEUs is that ten (10) hours of seat time equals one (1) SB-CEU. Three (3) SB-CEUs equals one (1) college credit.
Currently, MASSP only provides transcripts for the SB-CEU's that you have acquired through MASSP-sponsored conferences/workshops. To receive an official (includes our seal) transcript in the mail, or an unofficial transcript via fax or email (no seal), please contact our office at 517.327.5315 or email Angel Sanders.
