Community Colleges to Push for 4-Year Programs
COMMUNITY COLLEGES TO PUSH FOR 4-YEAR PROGRAMS – A study, echoing the sentiments of the 2004 Cherry Commission which addressed similar issues, contends community colleges should be allowed to offer and provide baccalaureate programs.
